VMG and Sienco are working closely to address the supply chain issues and confusion around valid distribution that currently exist in China. Our primary focus is on providing high quality products and technical support to end users.
There are multiple fraudulent distributors claiming to have exclusive rights to sell and distribute our products. These distributors have created and distributed fradulent documentation, such letters of authorization claiming that Sienco has appointed them as the exlusive authorized distributor and packing slips claiming to ship product from Sienco.
Legitimate Sonoclot Analyzers, reagents, and accessories can be purchased through VMG. No other company has valid distribution rights issued by Sienco.
